Verification of payout account frustration

Dear support team,  or anyone @Lizzie I am a bit frustrated to see that a verification of my payout account is still pending after 3 weeks! 

My guests left the apartment 1 week ago,  and I haven't seen any progress to get  payment in my bank account! 

What's the reason?

Hello! it is me same problem with you. Also the guests left 29th of May. The payment must come around 7th of June but still i dont receive any payment. My ban account has listed already. Still i am waiting the payment from airbnb.com.
