Hi

I see that some listings are showing as verified (ie have been inspected by an Airbnb agent). I dropped a note to Airbnb to find out a little more about this and apparently some listings have been inspected as a sort of trial.  This is all they could tell me.  Anyone got some meaningful information on the subject.  Cheers Jeremy

Can;t offer any details - but I expect it's to combat the stories about places  not being liike the photos etc.

I hope they are concentratinig on those with poor reviews - rather than wasting time on properties that  have 4 or 5 star ratings. Customer reviews tell a lot and you don't need an AirBnB visit if you are satisfying your guests.

would like to know the answer as well. Bascially we are offer exactly service as stated in the pic.
