Video verification not working - stuck in the middle of a booking

Hello, I uploaded passport, my Facebook is linked but still a video upload is required, however when I try to record it keeps saying "connecting to the server". It looks like I cannot book for this video verification which I cannot do anyway.

Any suggestion please?

We are having this issue as well. What can be done? Is there someone we can contact regarding this issue? I have deadlines for my reservations and I can't make them with this problem occuring.

Same here. Frustrating! Effing do something! Otherwise you look really bad. I give you photographs of my ID, I give you my credit card info, and I can't use your site for what it's built because you still want info on me, but which you make it impossible to give you. This is outright ridiculous.

the problems reamin - not sure if you found a way to resolve them? i am really annoyed s the last year or so I have spent more time in airbnbs working away than at home yet today I try and book a quick break and I cant because they want ID and Airbnb doesn't like my pictures , no hep from Airbnb customer services so after a day of trying I am call it a day with Airbnb and just going to make sure I shout about it to raise awareness as it is not only frustrating for the booker, but losing the owners business

This is a good one I was thinking linking with Facebook and so on but a friend told me if is not Airbnb is going to give a little problem they are still working the bugs out if is not Airbnb then is not Airbnb is like Facebook and Google and so on every one want to control they own
