How can i do the visa for my guests? they need visa support to enter in italy.

Don't do that.

The risk is not worth the effort.

You cannot do a visa for anyone.  Those who want to visit Italy would need to apply for their visa through the appropriate channels.

I agree with others. However you can tell them that they can print details of their booking confirmation as evidence of their stay in Italy for visa purposes.
