W9 Requested from Prospective Guest

I have a guest who says they need a W9 before booking (For a school to pay).  This is my first time to encounter such a request.  Is it for me to fill out or Airbnb or don't do it?  This is separate from the one I filled out for Airbnb.

@Jesse39  This is not something you need to fill out for your guest.  Let them know they will need to request one directly from Airbnb, as they are paying Airbnb, not you directly.
