Do you use Windows phone/ Computer?

There's been ongoing IT issues all over the place, some of which has been discussed in CC recently.

Some have had issues with access with Safari.

 

Airbnb platform is with Chrome.

Please see mine & others posts re this very annoying issues for both Hosts & Guests.

I m trying to login to my host account and keep getting the same message.

Unable to perform.................cannot contact support as you need to sign in!!

Any  ideas?

Same error message -- Day #4 and still not fixed.   Said I exceeded my quota of 30 emails per day.   Which means I sent/received 120 emails.   Not....

Hi all - I'm a guest with the same issue. I reached out to Airbnb support on this matter. Response was:

 

"thank you for taking the time to speak with me. I've looked further into it, and it is a known issue in our system. I am sending it up to the correct department to fix it. In the meantime, I would suggest waiting 24 hours and trying again to contact a host. I hope you have a great rest of your day!

 

In case of trying to get a single message through, chat support is able to create an alternate link for that host so you send your message - contact support if you need help with this. If you (like me) need to send out a few messages, then they recommend waiting 24hrs for the matter to resolve.
