@Stephanie  we are having the same problem. We are owed over £1000 so far as our payouts are paused even though we have completed the verification process. We have called daily and have sent various messages and just keep getting fobbed off with ‘this message has been passed higher up and someone will be in touch soon’ then we hear nothing else. So frustrating! Do you think you could help at all?
