We have 2 guests that want to rent our entire house which we live in, how do we do that?

We are set up for 5 guests but that does not include our Master Bedroom. They are wanting to rent our entire house and have it to themselves for the entire time they are there which requires us to vacate.

@David2879 I agree with @Sarah977, that is a very bad idea, I wouldn't accept this even if I don't get any other bookings fot months. Why wouldn't they search for a private house for two, that would certainly be cheaper and more logical for a couple. Also, you need to educate yourself on how this platform works because you are on the way of getting de-listed.

@Ana1136  and @Sarah977  are VERY smart and experienced hosts and active members of this community. You are an inexperienced new host who still doesn't know even the basics of Airbnb.I would advise you to listen to their advice.

It is something fishy when 1 couple want's to rent the entire house and vacate the owner. There are plenty of entire houses to choose from why they want yours? My explanation would be - they see you are new and inexperienced with 2 previous cancelations and they know if they throw a party and trash your house you will have no idea what to do and they will go away with it.

I agree with the other hosts that have commented.  Do you really want to vacate your home and find somewhere else to stay ?

What would you do with all the valuables in your home and your personal items in the main bedroom if you were to do this?

I wouldn't do this and I am sure most experienced hosts wouldn't do this either.

You have to ask yourself why a couple would want to book such a large space when it would be much cheaper for them to get a one bedroom place if they want privacy.

I would just decline the request.

If you do want to go ahead you need to think about what price you would want to charge to let out a whole space and send them a special offer (you need to allow for your costs of staying elsewhere).
