We have to cancel our booking, I click on our reservation but there is no 'cancel' option that I can see,  I have emailed our host also with no reply as yet, help please.

Go to the message thread with that host, @Mark1753 . It's in your Airbnb inbox. You should see a box to the side, or at the top, that says "Change or Cancel". Click that and follow the prompts.
