Dear Airbnb I have problem with my apartment, a pipe in the wall was cracked and water is leaking. I must cancel the reservation for Gregory**[Name hidden due to privacy reasons - Community Center Guidelines], for 1.10.2019. in my apartment. Can you please help me with this.

@Marcela371  This is a discussion forum for hosts and guests, not Airbnb customer service. You will need to contact them directly. Ask to cancel under the extenuating circumstances policy, so you don't get penalized.
