Website messages not working

Is anyone else experiencing a glitch in the message portion of the website? Ever since they updated the website I can not answer or see any messages on a desktop. I use the app but it is much easier to work on a laptop. Anyone else experiencing this or know how to help?

Yes, i am having the same problem.  if i sign in on a computer and try to click on a message thread, it just brings up a page to go to my calendar, i am not able to access messages.  I can do it from my iphone though.  i sent a message to airbnb a few days ago but nothing......

I have the same problem. I can always access on my phone but I can rarely access it on my desk top or laptop. I have tried to get assistance but assistance does not seem to exist.

YES!  Been a real pain...it does the same thing to me...can't open any messages fully...does anyone know how to contact IT?

Yes, totally frustrating. Airbnb, are you going to step up and fix this issue? Obviously not a one off and a continuing problem....

This is worrying my message service has stopped working - this is key to being able to be a host isn't it?
