Week long bookings

Hi I have followed the instructions given by going to "Availability" and editing length of stay so that during school holidays we take bookings for a whole week and not just for a few days. There is a list of these dates set up but it hasn't shown up on the calendar and people are still trying to book 3 day breaks over Easter. Why is this happeneing? Also is there a phone number so I can speak to someone when I need help? Thank you. Helen

Also because someone tried to book for 3 days those days are now blocked on my Tripadvisor calendar even though I declined the booking so that will stop people being able to book for the week, either on Airbnb or Tripadvisor. Please help admin!

Hi @Helen434,

The rule is: Never cancel confirmed bookings! Airbnb will give you a penalty - by leaving the dates blocked.

And in Availability you can set special reservation rules for certain periods. But you will have to save them twice!
