What do i do if guest are unable to checkout due to heavy snow

Depends on whether you have anyone booked. If the guest really can’t travel  and you have space offer them the option to stay at your normal day rate.

if you are full recommend local hotels and suggest Airbnb might be able to help them find another Airbnb.

@Maria11785  that's an interesting question.  As Helen already mentioned-it would all depend on a number of factors.   If the snow is that heavy,  it would most likely affect the travel plans of any guests coming in after the current ones check out.   Depending on availability, I would definitely offer your current guests the option to stay at the same rate.
