What does it mean to have a "set itinerary?"

I am an Experience Ambassador and I'm trying to help a couple publish their horseback riding experience. They are having so many problems with the form they're about to give up. They have described the experience in detail and it's the same for everyone, yet when they try to submit they get an error message that says "The experience plan must be the same every time you host."

I have no idea what the problem is or how to help them. Does the section "Describe your experience from beginning to end..." have to contain certain words?
