cancelation fee

Hi,  I got a cancelation Fee discounted from my last reservation payment. I would like a a refound of this since it was a mistake out of my hands, I have to adds for the same place and my callendars are suposed toguether. I don´t not why a had the reservation for the same day is why I had to chose one.

Besides I am new on this and I need to get money to improve my place and get a great guest satisfaction.

I was charged a cancellation fee when my basement flooded it wasn’t my fault what was I supposed to do let them stay anyways

You could contact Airbnb and ask them to cancel penalty free due to  "extenuating circumstances".

But you can still file the claim if the issue appeared in past 2 weeks:
