What does this Rating Mean in Airbnb Language?

A new message popped up on my dashboard today and it said it needed my attention.  Upon checking it out, I have no clue what the -Star means out beside the Overall rating.  It has been saying 4.9 before today.  I did have a perfect 5 until a guest decided to knock it down because of location (still trying to figure that out) and non-existent bugs.  My exterminator could find no sign of bugs of any sort after I called them in, so only the guest could see them apparently.  At any rate, just trying to figure out why I now have that -Star and hoping someone can explain it to me.RATING.jpg

Yes, just noticed the same thing on mine! It says i've lost superhost status and my work collection status due to having no reviews, but I can still see all of my 5 star reviews in my account. I sent a message to the help centre, hope it gets resolved easily and quickly!

@Joe0 @Lushana0  - I found another thread where the same thing was posted.  It seemed to be the general concensus that Airbnb tech was messing with things and hopefully, it is just a glitch that will be worked out soon.  I hope so for all of us - there is really no good reason for this to happen.

System-wide tech glitch from the glorious Airbnb tech team that seems unable to work on anything without breaking something else.

@Sarah977- I'm fairly new, but getting used to Airbnb doing things like this already.  LOL!
