What happens if no-one rents your unit?

Is there a fee if my rental doesn't get booked?

@Brian2124  No. Hosts pay 3% service charge on bookings. There are otherwise no charges simply for having a listing.

You listing is very incomplete. You need to go back and edit your description. Fill in all the available fields- The Space, Guest Access, Other things to note. As it stands, you have given no information about your listing at all.

And why are you trying to cram 8 guests into a 2 bedroom unit? You should remove the sofabed from the sleeping spaces and take the guest count down to 6.

Your photo gallery is also incomplete. You only show one bedroom out of 2, one bathroom out of 2, there is no photo of the dining area. 

And all those photos of the resort areas are not necessary. The gym- is that free of charge for guests? If not, remove it.

@Brian2124  Yes, I realize it's a new listing and you're a new host. That's why I pointed out changes you need to make, it wasn't criticism, it's that guests wouldn't really have much of an idea what they were booking.
