What property management software do you use?

Hello everyone,

I am from Baltimore. I am confused how to manage several room booking calanders from different rental website? Thanks.
Sometimes my rooms would be overbooked because I donot manage booking calander well. So welcome all hosts  recommend some property management software for me for short term rental.Thanks again.

We use Uplisting across Booking.Com and AirBnB.

However you still need to use the channel manager to set your calendar. If you don;t keep it up to date via the channel manager then you will soon run into problems.
