Can anyone advise what's the real price on airbnb?
I set the fix price: $148/night.( I don't use smart price)
When I search my listing as a guest, When the date is Oct 25-Nov 1, the price shows $62/night, while the date is Dec 6-Dec 20, the price is $159/night.
I wouldn't like to mislead the protenial guest. Can anyone advise what's wrong about it?

Thank you very much for your kind help!
Alex
The prices shown to me are in US Dollars but I noticed that some dates are different to others, you seem to have set 2 different prices.
Hi David
I set the same price with these days, but it shows differently. Do you find it in your listing?
Thanks
Alex, change your standard rate. When I look at your property, I'm seeing $41 per night. If you have specific rates set for specific dates, the rates on dates not set automatically default to your 'standard' rate. Boost that up so that you aren't giving your place away! It looks fantastic.
Hi Debi
Highly appreciate your kind help!
I set the nightly rate is $148, not $41 per night. However, different date ( Oct 25-Nov 1) shows cad62/night, while Dec 6-Dec 20) shows cad159/night.
I still can't find out the reason....
Thanks
Alex
As a traveler, I'm often shocked at the final cost of my reservation. Why Airbnb can't give a range of costs for the accommodation on the initial search page I'll never understand. Well, I may know why, keep the accommodation rate under that of nearby hotels, but I don't think it's right.
