What should I do if an AIRBNB GUEST asks for payment outside of the AIRBNB website?

An observation in this topic of Help on the official website, it only mentions about what to do if a HOST asks for money OFF the website.

Would you please ensure there's also advice and inclusion of  what HOST's should do if a GUEST asks for monies off the website, as seems to be a common occurrence from posts here in CC?

@Helen427  Probably it is allowed by Airbnb.

I had a guest who asked me to rent him for long-term after his short stay.  I refused and he started to pick on me. Eventually I had to call Airbnb to terminate his stay. I told Airbnb about it. Airbnb not only persuade me to refund him unused days but also allowed him to leave me a retaliatory review, which I appealed for removal with no success.
