When I start with airbnb it was stated that a preaproval message it would be for me to accept or not

Now the AirBnB confirmed bookings without my previous notification this is causing disruption  of my management and thi is not what we have started in 2017.

It sounds like you are using Instant book, it's a useful tool only if it works for your particular situation. Check to see if it was somehow activated.  As airbnb has been known to mysteriously de-activate it on hosts who do use it why wouldn't the reverse be true? Best of luck, Sally
