When do the ratings get adjusted?

Do the ratings adjust after each review or at a certain point in time later on?

I have been on 4.7 for a while but have had SEVEN 5 star reviews in a row - with my 4.7 never budging.

Then another strange thing, my Superhost goals section tells me I am on 4.6 and need 4.8. Why is it a different rating there?

Hi Hanna,

Interesting question, I personally have no idea why Airbnb takes time with adjusting the ratings.

They are quick with downgrading you, that's for sure.

Let's get this post out there and hopefully some more knowledgeable hosts can shed a light on this.

About superhost - Airbnb wants you (how I see it) to be more commited and work harder for the superhost badge.
