When i export into CSV it downloads into a messy spreadsheet that is very hard to understand.

Is there another way to download the information I need for my accountant?

 I agree it’s messy and very long unless you go through and highlight each booking payment with a highlighter. 

Just completed my IR3 and used each months transaction figure total which I add to a cash book spreadsheet type thing  I found it was a lot easier that way. The CSV is there for hard evidence .

use windows 10 (!)

open in excell and then adjust the width of each collumn to fit .

You can also adjust the hight of each row to be easier to read.

Then put the borders on all cells.

Print it using landscape orientation.
