Where do i access the money?

I have a simple question. I have no problem accessing my payouts. I had to request extra funds for the first time from a guest. Airbnb has said its been paid. But I dont see the funds in my transaction history or payout tab. Where can I access these funds..

I'm having this issue now and came accross your question. Unfortunately you have no responses. I've waited 2 weeks for the extra funds to arrive and nothing yet. I did notice that my payout method for this said "default" for some reason instead of my email address associated with my PayPal account. My default is my PayPal account. Wondering if you ever found an answer to your problem? Thank you.
