I have lost a booking because no email alert was sent to me. Now, a notice has come up that I'll be punished for not accepting bookings!
The one just previous I caught by chance.
What can I do to solve this problem?
Is there a live person I can speak with to figure out how to resolve this issue?
@Gwen19 There's a notification setting on your account. Just click on your profile picture, click on account, then notification. See if the email is ticked. If if still does not work, maybe your email is not verified by the system. Go to account again, then personal email. See if it says verify beside your email.
