For the third time this year, I have gotten a "request expired" email from Airbnb when I have NOT gotten the original request or the usual reminder that time is almost up. I have checked my spam folder, my service provider, etc. and there is nothing from Airbnb regarding three different requests. I have not gotten a satifactory response from Airbnb and it is not only frustrating for all parties involved but it's costing me money. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how did you solve it? I guess I could go to the website and look every day but I'm busy and that seems a ridiculous work-around. (I do not get texts by choice. I prefer email notifications.)
