Why does Airbnb keep reducing my nightly price even when I have custom set them?

We have an Xmas market in Bath and for that period I raised my nightly price but Airbnb keeps reducing it for people wanting to book.  I do not have smart pricing switched on or any other Airbnb variable so why.  Also it won't let me add cleaning fees.  I can put them in and then they disappear the next time I look at it. I really don't want to let at these prices they are pushing and I'm getting quite fed up with not being able to actually contact them for anything.

Wow @Mary247,  I can see that your prices are not changing in Dec.  I would think that only Air BNB can help you with this.  Several ways of contacting Air BNB are provided in the Community Guide.  Enter contact in the search box.  I find using Air BNB Twitter works best.
