A recent transaction shows they have undercharged £50. I dread to think when itotal up all my transactions how much i've been short changed ! I had already givena £200 discount on the said transaction and now airbnb have reduced it by another £50 !!!!
Have you selected "smart pricing," a tool that makes the price go up or down according to demand? If you have, you can set a minimum. If you would like to charge a set price, unselect smart pricing and set the price yourself.

By any chance, did you cancel any reservations that applied a host cancellation fee, making an adjustment in your Transaction History?

I have been having the same problem: I am in South Africa but my rate are in British Pound.
Just now I got an instant booking, and once again I got notice of it with short payment: this is the 4th time airbnb write the wrong rate (even though clearly stated in my profile and my calendar) and therefore shortpay me
Luckily were only a couple of pounds, but beside the fact that I really need every cent, I am very worried for future and longer booking
The most frustrating thing is that there is no way to conatct them, which is getting more and more suspicious: whay nobody can freely communicate their grievances?
