Why does it look like Airbnb charges less than the price I have listed?

Why is this the case? I list it at 90/night, but when my payout is calculated, it looks like 81 a night BEFORE Airbnb takes their fee.

People can choose to have 10% discount, as you activated  the "non refundable" cancellation policy in your listing.

@Benjamin599 I had the same issue yesterday a guest wanted to extend his stay from 9 night and add an extra night, the night was booked and set at 140 and when I added the extra night came out at 134 I had to change it manually to 140.
