Withdraw from airbnb to payoneer

Hi, guys

I hope you can help me. 

I don't know how to  transfer money from airbnb to my airbnb payoneer card.

I can only see the amount of money I have when I click on Future Transactions, but I don't see an option - withdraw/transfer.

What should I do?

Hello @Biljana15,

If the money is visible on your Airbnb account in "Future transactions" then Airbnb hasn't paid it to your Payoneer account yet. You can see money that Airbnb has paid to your account in the "Completed transactions" section.

When Airbnb has paid you, then you have to log in to your Payoneer account on the Payoneer website if you want to see the balance or withdraw money to another account like a bank account. If your Payoneer account shows a balance then you should also be able to access the money by using your card at a bank cash machine or to buy in a shop etc.
