Worried

Guest booked a single room for her and three year old daughter.  Has now additionally asked  after booking accepted if her sister can babysit while she goes out. Informed guest anyone staying after 11pm would have to book additional guests fee. The guest said she will cancel and go the travel lodge.  That was 45 mins ago but I have had no message since. Please advise what I should do next.

you can answer her that she is free to cancel her stay but you will stick to your house rules. You can also mention that you will know if someone else is using the apartment.

You've done the right thing, @Diana820, and good luck to her if she thinks she's going to find a Travelodge room at the price you charge.

She booked a single room for her and her daughter. Which i only noticed only noticed once I accepted the reservation. But since her comment about the travel lodge the listing has not been cancelled. I have called Airbnb to sort.
