Written the listing in English, why is it showing in French on french PC and English on Eng PC?

Hi. I am a Superhost on holiday in France.   I'm helping my French friend list her apartments on Airbnb. She would like her listings to be in English, so we logged into her account for her old listings,  we did new listings, in English on our English laptop computer for her.  However, when she logs in to add photos or to edit - it is all back in French!! How do we get her French listing to show in English on her computer. It shows in English on ours. We have really struggled with this and need to go live tommorow.

The systems checks the location of the person logged in and selects accordingly the proper language.

It is also related to the locale airbnb website used: airbnb.co.uk or airbnb.fr

to force a certain language you can add a parameter, as in the following example shown: your listing in UK is shown in french language:

https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/19937889?locale=fr

So your friend in France needs to add "?locale=en" to the listing link to get it in english.
