Wrong address in listing

New to AirBnb as hosts. When inputting our address I fat-fingered in a wrong number. I went to change the address but it states I cannot do so without creating a new listing. The problem with that is we have good reviews on our current listing and would like to continue to build on our good repuatation on this site and not have to start over 😞 

Is there anyway at all to change the address to the correct address?

Hi @Derek32,

Once you receive a request or reservation, you can no longer edit the address yourself and this needs to be done manually by an Airbnb CX.  You can find different ways of contacting Airbnb below.

I entered my listing address incorrectly -- a typing errror. I direct messaged Airbnb on Twitter and the address was quickly corrected. 

I've had several Airbnb issues resolved through Twitter DMs -- highly recommend.

I am new at Airbnb. We need to change the address of our Villa.

When creating the listing, we didn't notice that the address is actually completely wrong! About 300km away... 😕

The real address isn't neither listed in the Airbnb addresses. We would need that someone puts the address manually.

Who should we contact to do so?

Dear Dave and Deb

I see you have replied that an Airbnb CX has to amend a listing.   HOW do you get hold of said person/group.  I have tried unsuccessfully for months now and I get no response for my query. My needs to change so I can avoid confusion. It was a google errror and has subsequently been rectified on google. Now all that needs to happen is it to be rectified on airbnb.

2. The correct address is Black Bay, Vieux Fort, Saint Lucia.

   However the map is correct. Can AirBNB assist?

I have a weekend house in a housing estate which was not properly list on google. I have subsequently updated Google.  However my address that google previously picked is wrong. Airbnb will not allow me to edit the address.  Can the Airbnb community gurus amend it to reflect the Golden Mile Estates in which it lies, so that there is no confusion when people enquire or book.

I have a draft listing and the address is right but the wrong town. The one showing is 20 miles from me and rates are significantly lower there. The problem appears to be on Google maps.  Any idea how to correct this with Google in a timely manner?

Good luck with trying to change anything.  I posted a request about a month ago and have never received any responses or help.  The help function at Airbnb is non existant.  I really dont't know how you going to resolve this. They say you need the Airbnb gurus to change it, but to get hold of them is impossible
