Wrong pin position

I would like your help to fix the pin ‘s position . The map pin shows  a different position , many kilometres away from the correct position than that is selected.When I'm in my listing, the pin is placed where it should be ( i even zoomed in quite far to get the exact location). However when one views the map as a guest on another PC who is searching for locations, the location is shifted . This causes many problems to me and to my guests. I even had a cancellation .

The name of my street is found in many areas of my city but the post code of each one of these, is unique. Please help ASAP

Good evening . I have the same problem . My pin on the map is wrong . How we can fix it I this ? Anyone idea ?
