Wrong price showing on listing

Hello,

I've had a couple of bookings this week that have alerted me to the fact that the pricing is wrong for the rooms we offer. We have a double that we charge £55 per night and two doubles that we charge at £105. Even though on my page the pricing is correct, when I search Airbnb for my accommodation, the rates show as £75 and £125 respectively. How do I change this? Smart pricing is turned off. The pricing is way to high for what we're offering and consequently not getting the enquiries.

@Jo52 AirBnB appears to be charging correctly based on how you have set up pricing options. I am seeing £105 and £55 as the basic price provided a booking is only for 1 person. For 2 people you have set a higher price for both listings. So for the more expensive, for 1 guest for the night of 15 August it is £105 (plus the service fee). For 2 guests it is £125, for 3 it is £145 and for 4 it is £165. The same thing is happening with the less expensive room: £55 for 1 guest for that night, £75 for 2 guests

This means you have set your Additional Pricing Options to charge £20 extra for guests more than 1. To change this go to Pricing Settings, then Additional Pricing Options.

Thanks so much Victoria, sorted! Couldn't work out what the problem was. Sometimes people want to squeeze a third person into the room and I was trying to cover that. Jo

Same issue its pathetic that they can’t get a simple conversion correct. I literally can’t put the price in that I want. it doubles mine as well and now my apartment is sitting empty and I can’t do anything about it. I have tried with and without smart pricing. I ENTERD THE AMOUNT I WANT and it STILL makes up its own amount! WTF!

@Ryan66 in @Jo52's case it is nothing to do with conversion but how the pricing for additional guests has been set up.

I do not have additional guests its the conversion thats broken.....
