Wrong pricing picking up - Airbnb Community

Wrong pricing picking up

Hi

Am new here and have just received a booking request. Despite having a weekly rebate of 10% and monthly (28 days above ) rebate of 20% in the system I can see that it's showing a different pricing to client of a much lesser amount. Any idea why this is happening or how can I amend this.
