Guests pay with the credit card they have registered on their Airbnb account.
If they have problems with payment they must contact Airbnb support.
When the guest sends a reservation request and you accept it, the guest will be charged immediately.
You will be paid a few days after the guest checks in with you.
When your guest checks out after their stay both you and the guest will get emails asking that you leave a review.
You and the guest can leave a review only by responding to that email or notification.
