about reservation

Hi, may I know when I accepted my guest's reservation request, is it means that the reservation confirmed? Can I do cancellation for the reservation that I accepted? Thanks

If you have received a "reservation confirmed" e-mail, the booking is done.  If you cancel, there will be penalties.

Hi

 

As well as an e-mail  a confirmed booking will show on the reservations section of your dashboard.

 

Please note that a booking that has not fully processed through the airbnb booking system can show on your calander.  I always check the dashboard for confirmed bookings.
