Hi there - took a look at your listing and I think one of the problems might be the photographs. While the place looks clean and tidy, it is cold and unwelcoming. There are no towels, no pictures, no cushions - it does not look like a place I would like to stay.

You really need to make the place look inviting. Also you say suitable for couples - there  is only a single bed from what I can see. 

See what you can do to make it look a little bit more homely. Make up the bed, put out a hospitality tray with a bottle of water and maybe some biscuits. a few pictures would help too.
