accessing rating on guests

New to Airbnb and we have a lot to learn. Where can we access the feedback on guests from hosts?

When a guest  requests a reservation, you can click on their profile picture and see if there are any reviews.  I don't think you can do this until either there is a reservation through Instant Book or there is a request to book.  If someone is just sending a question through an inquiry, I don't think the link to their profile is active.  Hope this helps!!
