airbnb displaying the wrong price for my listing

Lately, when I've been receiving longer term booking requests (like for a week or more), airbnb lists a significantly lower price for my listing than I've specified. this price doesn't make sense even granted the weekly discount i provide. anybody else experiencing this problem?

Yes, I have been having this problem as well.  The prices on my listing seem to change even though I did not change them.  A few times they were higher than I set the price per night.  Other times the prices were lower.

I do not know what is causing this.  I put in a help notice and the young lady could not figure it out and said she would esculate it to another level.

I have also experienced the removal of my cleaning fee on certain days and thus the total price paid by the guest is lower.

It is very strange and random.

Me, too. I can't really afford their pricing unbeknownst.

It may be that you have Smart Princing activated. This automatically adjusts prices based one other listings around the area and demand.

This worked for me. I adjusted the price accordingly and it was instantly reflected on my Windows Laptop. Don't know about the time for it to cache on Tablet's and Mobile's. Think it should work fine though.

Yes - only in my case they have the math right  - but they have it listed nightly as three dollars more than I charge!!

I had to call, wait fifteen mins for help, and then I looked in my email and they have the math right, but have not changed the nightly amount on the Itinerary -

don't know if I will ever get it to reflect my correct nightly charge!
