airbnb has just sent me a message on my phone which says that i should respond to x s inquiry

hello. i am hoping that samoane can help me .yesterday i recieved a message on my phone as (sms info) with  guests inquiry and some questions but this message isnot in my inbox on airbnb.airbnb tells me that i should respond it or my rating will go down. i cant find the message to respond him in my inbox its only in my mobile messages,i cant contact with him.

You have to log into the platform and respond from there.

hello helen.i am loged in but that message isnot in my inbox(i only see messages from other guests,which i have already responded)
