airbnb makes a mistake?

Airbnb appear to have made a mistake in the price they've quoted a potential guest - charging them 16% more than the prices in my listing. I've been unable to find a way through their Help process to discuss this with them. How can I do this?

Are they giving you 16% more money or charging 16% more from your guest... You may be reffering to the Airbnb Service fee and any other fee thay may be included on the process (VAT, Tax, exchange rate, etc)..

I'm not sure. I don't think it includes VAT or tax (because then it would be even higher); but 16% seems a lot for their service fee. Anway, I'm in touch with them now; so I hope it'll be resolved soon.
