airbnb pricing

I am really trying to understand basic listing pricing to rent a room. Questions?

- Is the fee airbnb takes the same % across the board? As far as I know (I'm also a host) it is. 

- I have my currency posted in AU$ but prices listed for 2 guests for 1 night  ($77.24 for example) can end up being a total of $224 for 2 nights (so almost double the original listing price) or one total was as much as $711 for 2 guests 2 nights?

Can someone explain this to me?

If you go onto your calendar and click on different days with different prices, click on to the "Open Price calendar" and you can see how much either a Guest or a Host pays and is paid.

Have a play around & it'll help you with your pricing.
