Dear Partner, I’m writing to you regarding a very important issue. I set up our prices correctly on Airbnb for our most popular period (New Year's Eve) but unfortunately, for some reason a guest could book our apartment without my knowledge to a rate that is unacceptably low. Please understand how frustrating this is for me and I kindly ask you on this one time occasion to make an exception and cancel the mentioned reservation from our system. (Bozica Divic, 29 December- 01 January 2019) Please note that we have never cancelled any reservation before and always provided a superior service to our kind guests. This is a forum of hosts and guests not monitored by Airbnb, you will need to call them directly.

 

Are you saying you changed the price of your listing for Airbnb to a higher price for New Year on Airbnb but that guests were able to book for a lower price?

 

If this is the case, call Airbnb and explain what has happened, they should offer the guest the chance to cancel penalty free or pay the highter price.
