Many times, randomly, I try to find myself my apartment (after making any change on the add, for example), but the site doesn´t show it, even though it´s available. I already lost a few reservations over that. And statistics show my apartment is being viewed very little. I suspect the problem is still happenning.

Why can´t I find my apartment even though it´s available? Sometimes it appears on the search, sometimes it doesn´t.

I´d really appreciate it if someone could help.

I have the same problem with my property. It is not shown when I search even though I meet criteria for area/guests and use dates that are available. How can I contact someone to ask about this please
