Hi. I Air Bnb one bedroom in the home I own and live in. I applied for a home equity loan with Citizens Bank. They are saying they can’t approve the loan because they don’t give loans to « rental properties. ». Has anyone else had this problem?

I want to rent my place from 04th July to 07th July at once. For example: if somebody want to rent my place for one of those nights in that period, I want to make it only for four days (07/04/19 - 07/07/19) Can I set that? Thank you Latest reply by Milenko1
