blocked calendar

Hi there We had a rquest for tomorrow 28/7 to 1/8 but there is a problem with this people's profile I've been told and we can't accept or decline the request but the calendar is now blocked so we can not have any other requests. Can you help me?

It appears "requesting to stay" in the Calendar (blocking other potential guests) but we can find it on the Dashboard or Pending reservations screen.
