I had a reoccurring quest try to book my room. It was open for booking however it wouldn't let her. I didn't think much about it until today. Today I have another guest who is trying to book my room. She must have just signed up for airbnb access. She realized she didn't go through the verification step. Prior to her resolving the issue, I sent her a preapproval hoping that she could reserve the room. Instead she got the reservation of not possilble and I got awaiting verification. The days were block on the calendar, however the stay is not showing up as confirm. The guest went back and she put government id, email, and phone number.
How do I resolve this issue?
The calendar has the following
Guest1 check in on Saturday 11th of May
Guest1 check out on Tuesday 14th of May
The guest with the issue is looking to book
Guest2 check in on Wed 15th of May
Guest2 check in out on Sunday 19th of May
NOTE: These days ARE blocked on the calendar.
