I have been trying to book the room but the website shows that I was not able to. I have contacted the hosts and they pre-approved me. Has anybody come across similar situations? Airbnb hasn't replied to me yet...
You have two lovely reviews, @Ruyin0, and government ID, so it is not that. Check to see that your payment information is up to date in case that is the trouble. If that is not it, hopefully it all gets sorted when you finally get in touch with Airbnb. Best of luck!
